Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY: We ask that each guest arrive at or 10minutes before appointment time. Any guest arriving 10 to 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. Late arrivals will be treated as cancellations or no shows. RESCHEDULE: If you need to reschedule please  do so before  24hrs. CANCELLATIONS: We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee. DEPOSIT: All clients MUST put down a $15 NON-REFUNDABLE DESPOSIT. This will go towards your service. The remaining balance of your service must be paid in cash or sent through ZELLE ONLY.
